We love to serve our mulled wine and we have a little spice bag that has seven different very exotic spices that you add to two bottles of wine and slowly heat it up so that you're steeping the spices into the wine. Remove it from the heat right before it boils, you do not want it to boil, put it in a thermos and serve that. It's delicious, it has a wonderful spice to it. You can reuse the bag as often as you like where you feel the flavor is no longer there. It's a great holiday item to give away as gifts or to have at your holiday party.
