Yeah when our members hit a plateau, they get stuck, what we like to do is sit down with of our coaches, myself or Courtney. We'll sit down with them and we'll we'll map out thirty days of strength training, cardio training, give them some guidelines on nutrition, stuff that's really going to help them succeed in the future. That's available for every member at any time on us, we feel it's very valuable.
