Ghoulish Glee Awaits at the Hastings Community Halloween Party!
Join the spirited celebration at the annual Hastings Community Halloween Party on Friday, October 27, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Hastings High School! This family-friendly fright-fest is the perfect place for little ghosts and goblins aged 12 and under (don't forget to bring a grown-up ghoul with you!).
Here’s what’s brewing at the spooktacular soirée:
Over 30 bewitching activity stations hosted by local businesses, organizations, and high school teams. They’re cooking up a storm of candy, prizes, and magical memories!
Bone-shaking beats by our DJ, ghostly games, and ghoulish giveaways that will keep the fun bubbling over!
A haunted inflatable obstacle course for all the young zombies to bounce around.
Costume Contests: Scare up your best disguises and compete in categories like Best Group, Pair, or Individual Costumes. The winners will fly away with wristbands to Nickelodeon Universe, a prize truly worth howling about!
Tame the beast in your belly with food truck feasts from D&D Goodies (Vietnamese Cuisine) and Ol' Smoky BBQ (bring cash or card)!
This eerie event is conjured up by the Hastings Parks and Recreation Department, Hastings Community Education, and the Youth Impact Council, with a potion of local donations making the magic happen.
Whether it’s wind, rain, or moonlight, the party will haunt either the lower-level parking lot or indoors at Hastings High School, 200 General Sieben Drive. Dress warmly as the autumn chill can be a real spine-tingler!
Admission is just a non-perishable food item for the Hastings Family Service or a cash/check donation to the 'Youth Impact Council Scholarship'. A small offering for a night of monstrous fun!
