1. Antique Power Show returns to the Little Log House this weekend
The Little Log House Antique Power Show runs Friday through Sunday, July 24–26, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day at 21889 Michael Avenue in Hastings.
Daily admission is $12 for visitors ages 13 and older. Children 12 and younger are admitted free, and admission purchases are cash only.

2. Hastings residents can join the free food-scraps drop-off program
Hastings and Dakota County residents can register for a free program that keeps food scraps out of household trash.
Registered participants may bring accepted food scraps to the Dakota County Highway Shop at 900 County Road 47 in Hastings. Scraps must be placed in approved compostable bags.

3. Registration opens for Hastings fall pickleball leagues
Hastings Parks and Recreation is accepting teams for fall pickleball leagues at the Roadside Park courts.
League play begins August 10, 11 or 13, depending on the selected division and playing night. Registration costs $60 per team.

4. Childhood vaccination clinic planned at Hastings Family Service
Hastings Family Service says a Dakota County childhood vaccination clinic is scheduled for Monday, August 17, from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Hastings Family Service.
