A practical AI advisory prototype: Develop and demonstrate a starter framework for one selected use case in an agreed tool.
How the work fits together: Create a simple diagram showing how your people, business information, AI support, and review steps connect.
Following the workshop, we’ll prepare your private North Star Blueprint. It includes:
An executive summary and documented North Star.
Key stakeholder findings and relevant business information.
Supporting research and an explanation of the recommended priorities.
A simple workflow diagram.
A prioritized 90-day roadmap with responsibilities, milestones, and measures of progress.
Recommendations for the next investments worth considering.
We’ll present the completed blueprint in a follow-up meeting and walk through how your team can use it.
The total workshop fee is $3,000. This checkout purchases the workshop in full.
Prefer to reserve with a deposit? After we confirm your scope and dates, we can send an invoice for a $1,500 deposit. The remaining $1,500 is due upon delivery of the completed blueprint.
Designed for one primary business and one primary location. We agree on participating stakeholders, the selected AI use case, workshop dates, and blueprint delivery schedule before booking. The completed research and written blueprint follow the onsite sessions.

You keep the completed blueprint whether you implement it independently or continue working with Local Pigeon. Additional photography and video production, software subscriptions, website or application development, integrations, and ongoing implementation can be scoped separately.
