Levee Park hosts the season’s final Movie in the Park on Friday, September 11, with activities beginning at 6:30 p.m. and Lilo & Stitch starting at 7:30 p.m. The event is open to all ages.

2. Hastings’ 85th annual Booya returns Saturday
The Booya fundraiser returns to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church on Saturday, September 12. Take-home sales begin outside at 10 a.m., followed by the full event inside at 11 a.m.

3. Freedom Fest brings music and remembrance to United Heroes League
Freedom Fest takes place Friday, September 11, at United Heroes League, 15211 Ravenna Trail. Gates open at 4 p.m., with music beginning at 5 p.m.
The lineup includes Basic and Boring, Fistful of Ladies, Pipewrench and Good for Gary. This is a ticketed public event, with ticket proceeds supporting military families.

4. Raiders host Jefferson for Tackle Cancer Night Friday
Hastings hosts Bloomington Jefferson on Friday, September 11, at 6 p.m. at McNamara Stadium. Tackle Cancer Night will collect donations for the Randy Shaver Cancer Research & Community Fund, with Little Raiders football players featured at halftime.
